  • With how many people can we play in the escape rooms?
    All the escape rooms can be played from 2-6 people. We dont make acceptions to these numbers. Are you with more than 6 people? Please book multiple escape rooms. For more information, please contact us.

    If the number of people in your group changes, but still remains within the allowed number of participants, you do not need to inform us in advance.

    For company outings, you can also come to us. We can accommodate up to 200 people. In that case, we offer other activities besides our escape rooms. For all the possibilities look here.

  • Can we park for free?
    Yes! Right in front of ROX, there is a large parking lot. On this parking lot, you can park for free.
  • Is it possible to have drinks at ROX?
    That’s definitely possible! We have a spacious café where you and your group can chat over a snack and a drink. It’s also possible to come by in advance to have a drink in our café to get into the mood, and we highly recommend this!
  • What is the best way to make a reservation for a big group?

    We have 2 options for making a reservation with a group.

    If you only want to play our Escape Rooms, you can book the rooms individually and pay directly through the pages of the respective Escape Rooms.

    For companies and groups larger than 8 people, it’s best to choose an activity form this page and fill out the quote form. We will then contact you as soon as possible to finalize your reservation and provide you with further information.

  • Is it possible to have a fun and serious program?

    Of course, that’s possible!

    For the serious part, we offer a meeting room and you can also attend a workshop or training with us.

    Afterward or beforehand, you can play one of our Escape Rooms. An ideal combination of effort and relaxation.

  • How long does the complete experience take?

    Our Escape Rooms all last 60 minutes. This includes a short introduction, and you are also more than welcome to relax in our café before and after the game to chat and have a drink. In total, you can expect your visit to take around 90-120 minutes.

    If you’re coming with a larger group and playing multiple Escape Rooms, the timing will be slightly different. We will inform you separately via email.

  • At what time do we need to be present?
    We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked time. You are also welcome to arrive earlier to get into the mood while enjoying a drink in our café. The correct time is stated in your confirmation email, which you will receive immediately after your reservation.
  • Can I change or cancel my reservation?
    You can change or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance. Please contact us for this. Unfortunately, it is not longer possible to cancel your booking within 48 hours of your appointment.It is possible to modify the appointment within 48 hours, but there is a fee of €45,-.
  • Is the escape room De Bezetting the same as De Drukkerij?

    No, this Escape Room was previously known as ‘Universiteit in verzet’. This is not ‘De Drukkerij’. This exciting story is based on true events during World War II and was created with the cooperation of the History Department of Radboud University.

  • From what age can we play the escape rooms?

    Our Escape Rooms are suitable for anyone 16 years or older. Additionally, De Bezetting and The Show can also be played with younger participants under supervision. We do not offer experiences exclusively for children or children’s parties.

    • De Ramkraak: 16+ (can be played both with supervision or alone).

    • De Bezetting: 16+ can play alone, 14+ can play under the supervision of at least 2 adults.

    • The Show: 16+ can play alone, 12+ can play under the supervision of at least 2 adults.

  • How do we pay?
    When making a reservation for an escape room, you will pay directly via our website. Drinks and snacks will be payed in our cafe, with card.Are you coming to play with a group and requesting a quote? Then we’ll create an invoice for your group, including snacks and drinks.
  • In which language can we play?

    Currently, almost all of our Escape Rooms and other games can be played in Dutch and English. Always mention when making your reservation if you prefer to play in English. Below is an overview of our options.

  • I have limited mobility. Can I come play with you?
    This varies per Escape Room. If you are able to walk and climb stairs, De Ramkraak and The Show are suitable to play. De Bezetting requires more physical effort, including crawling. If you’re unsure whether our experiences are suitable for you, please contact us.
  • Is your location wheelchair accessible?
    No. At our location, the different rooms are on different levels, which unfortunately makes it not wheelchair accessible.
  • We’re coming with a large group. Can we watch each other through the cameras in the Escape Rooms?
    No, that’s not possible. However, you can enjoy some drinks and snacks in our café ROX. We can also organize an extra activity during your waiting time. Feel free to ask about the options.
